Honda Technology: Clutch By Wire ...
#11
Hey Ferret:

I've mentioned this on the Forum before, and of course it is my experience, your mileage may vary:

If you journey out on the NC750X and return home, consider leaving some meaningful time before mounting a ride on the CB1100. Of course you don't have to, however, I found the CB1100 felt significantly different which could throw perceptions off for the first few miles. Maybe you already experienced this between the CB1100 and your ol' ST, but is worth mentioning here nonetheless.

I did not experience a reverse sensation, that is, riding the CB1100 and then the NC750X. My body didn't seem to care.

Thanks for the advice GO. I had my ST and a Yamaha Majesty 400 scooter at the same time and didn't have any issues with go from an auto to a clutch bike and back so I don't forsee any issues with the NC, but I'm sure the first couple of rides will seem strange.

Speaking of NC750X, I noted fuel mileage yesterday when I stopped to top off the tank and averaged 67 mpg, a mix of some fast highway and in town riding mostly. Covered 172 miles and still had over a gallon in the tank.
