Managed to get the bike out for 10mins last week to get some groceries

This the CB in a tiny North Fl town called Barberville. They have an annual Spring Festival in a park that is a recreation of a late 1800's town. They moved historic buildings from all around the area to this one location. There's a blacksmith, a wood shop, a carriage shop, weaving, etc. Pretty neat!

Also pretty neat: 528 miles on the CB yesterday between 7:00 am and 4:30 pm. The more highway miles I put on the bike, the more I like putting highway miles on it.

You know, I feel the same way. The more I ride either CB1100, I want to ride it more. Just about talked a guy into buying one today at my Chiropractor's office. He rides a 900 Vulcan now, and I told him of all the bikes I have owned or ridden since 69', the CB1100 is the smoothest bike I have ever had the pleasure to mount. He liked the single sided 2013 I was on with its Yoshimura exhaust. I told him, great looks and brakes to match. He said he was going home to google some for sale here in Texas. I got my 2013 for $5200 and it looks brand new. I have seen some as low as $3800 with a few more miles than my had when I bought it.
