It's a long story. Basically, Photobucket was a free service. It decided to impose a ridiculous annual charge and people simply stopped using it. Some even deleted their photos—hence now being unable to be located. PB's new position is to show photos with a logo and dramatically limit the amount of storage available to people who won't pay. Most people here have moved their photo hosting to Imgur.

Just one i came across in an archived folder that had a different angle and a New Zealand miniature "heidihaus" Swiss style;

Good job on [keeping] those shiny headers Max.

What's the [expired?] tag on the rear license plate? (05/03/2018) Old parking permit?

Nice one, max. Just think, though, of all the time you could have been riding if you hadn't been polishing the headers. Big Grin

The headers look as they should.
Once you're into a whatever cleaning routine and preventation it becomes second nature and doesn't take too much time but gives a very satisfying golden shimmer and glance, a chrom exhaust system can't give.

Otherwise the headers will darken and darken and... and are not a joy to look at and the amount of time and effort will be enormous to make them shine again, if ever will be fully sucessful.

GO that is the license expiry date that came with the bike when i bought it, it was a six month period, in NZ we have minimal periods of three months, so i usually take six months on one bike and use the other for the other six and try to roll it out so the summer period is having the most chance of nice weather.
In wintertime it's usually around 15 degrees c, for me not pleasant to ride longer distances so i use the old bike to put put around and generally keep it going without wearing it out.

Wisedrum thanks for the advice, autosol is the medicine of choice and amazingly i do this only once a year and it seems to keep shiny enough for six months in the sun ( as long as you don't look too closely at the little "freckles" )
and also i only do around 12.000 km or so.

Three and six month plate certification? Interesting. In Ontario province the choices are one and two years. Six months would be handy for sure if you don't ride a machine in winter (or below 15C). 15C is so ideal on many bikes.
