Yes, sorry guys you asked me for more details.
Triumph T100 bar, pad and seat hoop (the latter was set aside as not required) all from eBay. Paid about £60.00. Took parts plus original hoop to GIA Engineering at Stapleford near Nottingham.
£40.00 for the excellent welding job.
Next is the chrome platers but we're too busy using the bike at the moment.

All my parts were scrap pieces in my friends workshop. My bent sissy bar tubes came from an old electrically heated towel rack, which is usually wall hung and has multiple preformed bends. We just cut it up with a hacksaw and removed the heater wires. Got two good sissy bars out of it. Then we pulled the ends apart to get the right fit, so it has a slight taper. If you have a pipe bender you could make your own from marine 1" stainless pipe. We put plastic plugs in the ends of the pipes to avoid cutting the T bags in use.
