I'm so suprised my generations music, a symbol of freedom and rebellion to millions of us who tuned in and dropped out, has almost been turned into elevator music.

Edit... I love hearing it though... Good stuff.

<Gasp!> Elevator music?!

Thanks redbirds! One of my favorite tunes.

Lol, well I hear it in car commercials, themes for Tv shows, and yes in elevators. Places we would never have imagined it showing up..

Think it goes well with motorcycle riding videos though Thumbs Up when an acquaintance offered to video the road I call " my road" and asked what music I would like to accompany it, I told him there was only 1 song that belonged on that road The Byrds " Turn, Turn, Turn". it was perfect.

I understand and I'm afraid I have to agree with you. For my next video, I'll find something more obscure and less likely to end up being the background for a Nissan Altima commercial.

Ferret, that's exactly why I would ride with you. Meatloaf's "Bat out of Hell" always goes through my head.

Group riding is fun if you know who your riding with. You don't know til you ride. Then you can pick who you like, let the squids ride with each other. They prefer that anyway, cause if you're not into their kind of riding, you're just holding them back Wink
Eventually you're going to find a group, probably small, likely having a few ex-racers, who are into skills rather than stunts. Those are the guys and gals you want to ride with, and learn from. There won't be any squids. They're too bored because the really good riders make it look deceivingly easy Wink

Love the scenery and the soundtrack. It's interesting some of the similarities of costal California and some parts of southern Portugal. It must be the climate...Smile

I would love to make the comparison first hand. Southern Portugal looks beautiful. I'm glad you liked the video!

I really enjoyed it.

And I would love to visit California as well. I've been to the East Coast and some parts of Canada, but never out to the Pacific.
Metallyguitarded,

This is one of our best riding roads down south.

That was a great video Ghost_diver! Between "Kung-Fu Fighting" and "Macho Man," my brain is being overloaded with ear worms! I definitely could see the resemblance between our parts of the world. What editing tool did you use for your video?

That was a funny video from GD, but no way am I going to watch it again. That crazy music gets stuck in your head and takes another crazy song to boot it out.
