Its the End of the World as We Know It

My CB is now totally legal in the eyes of MA. I got my inspection sticker, yes, every year. Registrations expire in on December 31 and Inspection stickers expire every May.

After being stuck...I headed out the Polpis Road. The Polpis road is Nantucket's version of The Dragon, but only about 7 miles long. I stopped in Sconset (short for Siasconset) which is literally "The End of the World as We Know It". It is the Eastern most point of the United States.

Thanks ss2. I think I give Ferret credit for the Kawa numbers. They do look good on this bike.

How do you like the Dart ? Does it help ? or just look good.

Looking at seats too, what's on yours ? It looks similar to a stock seat, but more comfy.

The dart just takes some pressure off you,I just love the look, quality and fit of the mini screen. As far as the seat,it is a stock 13 seat that my local seat guy lowerd and covered for me,I like it but on longer rides I will throw my Airhawk pad on or ride my HD Switchback loungechairROFL

Look just past the bike..the world is flat and there's the edge.

Bike looks great Chapomis. Are you going to leave the front reflectors on?

I was looking at those today and I remember reading a thread about removing them. Whats the best way ?

I warmed the front reflectors with a heat gun to soften the adhesive then used a piece of dental floss, stretched tight between my hands, worked it behind the reflector and stripped it off. Used a bit of Goo Gone on a rag to clean up the bit of adhesive left. Took about 5 minutes.

just pull off with your hand,if any of the foam tape stays on the fork use your thumb to roll it off and clean any residue with wax,or use fishing line sliding behind them to loosenThumbs Up

Another gorgeous day for riding. Took a ride out to the Sconset Market and sat on the bench and read my owners manual. I was falling asleep in the sun, so I got back on the CB and headed over to Sankaty Light.

Then I took the Polpis Road east to west and stopped at the lifesaving museum
