this road is a 25 mile roller coaster road with humps and dips deep enough to hide cars, pick ups and tractors..or if you were coming the opposite way I was going this black and white dog. Luckily no one was coming

Really nice set of curves..after making the left you see in the pic it goes uphill then cuts back hard to the right

175 glorious miles today under bluebird skies with cotton clouds. Doesn't get any better for a solo ride.

Looks like you had a nice ride today and took some good pictures! Was it hot there? It's staying in the high 90's here in the St Louis area which makes it quite uncomfortable for afternoon rides!

Great pictures, Ferret. My advanced riding instructor taught me always to go over crests away from the centre line.

Ron our temps are starting in the upper 60's low 70's and going into the upper 80's. I think it hit 89 yesterday, but they are threatening 5 or 6 days here in the low 90's. WE've hit 90 only 8 days this year so far.

Chapomis speed limits on all these roads is 55 mph. I usually run 55-60.

Yep Cormanus..away from centerline and watch wires or trees for indication which way road goes after rise.

Curious as to what gear you wear when it gets past 80 degrees ? It rarely gets past 80 here. Above 80 I will stick to the Spyder with shorts and a half helmet, but not for 2 wheels. This weekend I am joining a big charity ride for Vets and the temps will be 80 and above.

I find my mesh Olympia motorcycle pants to be cooler than jeans so I wear those over some gym shorts. I wear my mesh jacket and a Dri-fit type of t-shirt. I don't have one of those cooling collars, but I'm thinking about getting one. Instead, I wear a Buff around my neck or on my head which I can soak with water if need be. if it gets bad, I soak the t-shirt, too. If I had a half or open-faced helmet and if it was a slow ride, I'd probably wear one. I'm a full-face helmet kinda guy, though, so I just take the visor off and wear my sunglasses if I want more breeze.

I know you asked The Ferret, but I had nothing better to do, so I thought I'd chime in.
