I’ve been doing pt 3 times a day, 7 days a week....I’m supposed to go on a ride with some guys May 10th, from Gilbert Az. to Monument Valley and back via Kanab Utah....a 3 day trip....

I have had three rotator cuff surgeries.

Best advice from my PT:

When he said I was ready "Find a river or beach or stream and gently throw small stones (strawberries) into the water. Slowly, with range of motion. Don't worry about how far the stones are traveling. Just concentrate on a smooth slow range of motion eventually raising your arm high above your shoulder. Don't use your wrist. That's cheating, and there is no prize. It shouldn't hurt. Stop if it does. You're not ready yet. Make a game of targeting something in the water." Worked better than anything else.

Thanks everybody for the shoulder advice......I just don’t know if I will be able to ride 1000 miles a month from know....we’ll see.....my R1200R has cruise control so I can rest my arm from time to time....

Well I bought this kit and wire wheels from Takeshi then I hurt my shoulder and now I am recovering from Rotator Cuff Surgery. My Surgeon says that in about another month I can ride again so maybe I can finally install everything....

Desert Viper, have you posted any pics of your Whitehouse? I would love to see what that looks like finished.

Thanks Cobalt 23, I’m planning on putting the new tank, side covers, my custom emblems, the k10 seat, and the new whitehouse fuel cap this week(the cap is coming any day from SAMURIDER)....I’ve been busy getting the ZRXes ready to sell and the RZ350....sold my VFR800 for $7500, (exactly what I paid for it 2 years ago) and used the cash to buy the Z900rs.....I will post pics when it’s done...Randy
