Not being liked by Santa is very gently said.
I am more than certain that Santa is po'd with Gin60, and may not visit him again this season Tongue

Smooth move. I am sure HD-ridin' coworker can find a HD sticker to affix on their bandanna, ... maybe with a few pennies to spare.

I highly recommend the triumph patrol jacket. I got mine years ago on Revzilla on close out. Not sure if they still have them .. I have also seen them on eBay. Very minimalist style and very high end / thick somewhat rigid leather . That sucker is still breaking in after 3 winters . very heavy leather jacket ideal for Fall through winter . Excellent armor built in ( elbow / forearm and shoulders )

Got an email from a really good riding buddy a few days ago, asking me if I was still considering installing a nearly-new set of Givi E21 bags that I've owned for years on the new-to-me T120. "Yep, sure am."

Gave no more thought to the email until I came home this morning after a run to Dunkin Donuts. On the porch was a box, obviously a UPS shipment.

Hummmm. From Rhode Island. 'Did I order this?'

Opened the box, from Twisted Throttle. No info regarding who ordered. Called my buddy. He says 'nah, I didn't send it.' Then he owned up to it.

Offered to send him a check, he says 'put 'em on the bike. if you ever sell it, take them off and get them back to me.'

Sometimes, friends and riding buddies renew your faith in mankind.

The new (to me) 2016 Triumph T120 will be staying in the garage until the first hard rain of late winter washes all the salt off the roads.

However, that's not to say that I won't be out on my 29 year old BMW R100GS. She cleans up nicely, and has a patina from nearly 160,000 miles of riding. Both the GS and Guzzi 1200 Sport needed new batteries. Done. Also, a couple oz of Stabil in the fuel tanks, followed by a fill up with 93 octane.

The Weather Channel showed a temp of 58F this afternoon, but let me tell you, it was one cool 58 degrees! I put in 45 miles on the GS, but it now gets dark here at shortly after 5pm, so I headed for home. It was good to get in a few miles on this great old machine.

Happy Thanksgiving to all!

This is why I avoid stabilizer. I put some in the tank because of significant snow accumulation a couple weeks ago, but it all melted and the tank has been burned down (refilled today). I guess I shouldn't be complaining.
