How to justify a 2nd CB1100

If you're like me you from time to time watch parts of Mad Max in slow motion to enjoy the cafe bikes, especially Jim Goose's police interceptor.
Yes I grew up riding UJMs in the late 70s and I put a quarter fairing, z bars, a kerker pipe and electronic ignition on my new 1978 Suzuki GS750EC. So when I came across this......the ideas started following....

I made an inquire with Samurider asking if Whitehouse has had any interest from the CB1100 community in this fairing. I don't really care for the rear boot/fairing but the front end is damn fine looking. Reminds me of the Vesco Rabid Transit.

He says its' a Universal fairing and we'd have to customize it to get it to fit the CB. Bugger.

To turn the already awesome CB1100 into a replica MFP bike would be worth the customization. Hope they sell enough to keep it available when the time comes to create one. I've had multiple bikes before just not of the same model at the same time

I just need to convince my wife to trade her much beloved V-strom for a CB1100. Not an easy task LOL.

I took a new 650 V-strom for a spin in the parking lot. I liked it. A lot! I think having one in the fleet is a darn good idea.

V-stroms are excellent bikes that "punch" way beyond their displacement and price. My wife regularly gets 65mpg on our easy going week day jaunts. The seat is pretty good for stock and the engine is as reliable as a hammer.
