The part number for the 2014 Deluxe rack is 08L70-MGC-N40. The only way you can order it at the moment is through Samurider. Honda USA has not released accessories for the 2014 Deluxe yet.

For the '13 at least, you have to get the heated grips for $349.95 and the heated gripes attachment kit for 70.95.

I think the kit has wiring to reach the access. plug in the headlight shell, but I'm not positive on that.

Samurider has the chrome OEM honda gauge covers in stock. I don't think the local honda dealers have them

I just got the Honda rack from my dealer. I don't see how it can be installed wo removing or altering the tail light assembly. The attachment points line up properly but the height of the tail light is the problem. And I feel the rack should be straight horizontal not angeled up.
I'm gonna return it and look for a good quality after market rack.
BTW: NO paperwork or directions for install were provided in the box.

What year and model CB do you have?? I'm not aware of Honda having one yet for the 14 deluxe... and I know for a fact that the rack for the 13 will not fit the 14 deluxe.

I just got a 14 DLX last week. When I picked it up he said he just got a list of avail accessories and the rack and heated grips, which were what I wanted are available. So I ordered them. Got the Honda rack in about 5 days.

Tbone if you go back in to that dealership, see if you can get the part number for the chrome instrument cups please.

I am not sure whether that cups are same for 2013 and 2014 model.

Yes they appear to be larger diameter instruments and the ring is different, wider,. Plus they moved the headlight up an inch. Not sure if that will make a clearance issue or not.
