TSR Sport Footpegs

I got these footpegs in my last order from Mr. T. One of the items was back ordered and holding up the rest of my order since I didn't want to pay separate shipping. I started thinking about getting some new footpegs since I am not a fan of rubber covered pegs. These were about the same price as the other item that was backordered, so I figured what the heck.

These are advertised as 10mm up and back, but they feel maybe a little forward compared to stock and about the same height. I think the smaller profile of these lends itself to that and my boot heel seems to fit the contour better. They are nicely CNC machined with a knurled texture similar to the brake pedal. I probably could have found a similar style peg for less, but I am happy.

I wrote the above as I was falling asleep, so I forgot to comment on function.

The grip is far superior to the stock pegs and I like the way they fit better under the sole of my boots. Only got to take a short ride, but I didn't feel any additional vibration. I will try to get out on the highway and see if I feel any of that 4 cylinder buzz through the pegs.

That was going to be my question! Those do look great, but I've always liked rubber covered pegs myself, and I'm guessing they could be a big help on these buzzy bikes.

They look nice!! I've been looking at these for a little while, but had some reservations about increasing the distance between the peg and shifter/rear brake. I wear a US size 10.5 - you said it actually felt further forward of the stock pegs?

For me, the smaller diameter peg allows my boots to slide farther forward and the heel to go down around it better. The positioning isn't actually down and forward, but it has that effect. It actually required a slight adjustment to the shift linkage to bring the lever down a smidge.

I can take some measurements if you like.

I got in about 30 miles after work to see if I could tell any difference in buzz/vibes. If there is an increase, it negligible. I never paid a great deal of attention to it before and I was specifically looking for it since installing them. I feel more buzz through the bars and seat.
