Should be fairly quiet, shell is smooth and free of many obstructions and shield looks recessed. Dont see any forehead venting. Wild way to keep the shield locked down it appears. What are the holes halfway back near the bottom for?

Those are the venting holes according to the website.

NZI is a well known company in Europe, based in Spain. They have a racing pedigree.

I like it. Good looking helmet. Does the shield seem a bit large to you? And are they covering vents? It does not appear to have a quick release which will make shield swaps somewhat cumbersome.
