Electrical Question

Someone mentioned there is a red plug inside the headlight bucket which is "hot" with the switch on. does it also have a ground wire moulded into the plug as well? I'm thinking I might have to use that plug to install a plug for a radar detector. If no ground connection in the plug, where would I attach the ground wire?

It's a two-pole with power and ground. Someone on here posted in a other thread a correct link to the Sumitomo connectors that will fit it if you don't want to cut wires.
