The gaiters I purchased from RevZilla (part #150125, which is also HD-03212) fit snug at the top (41mm) and are slightly loose at the bottom. The specs say the bottom diameter is 2 9/16" whereas I measure 2 1/2" diameter of the fork seal cover. So, the gaiter bottoms are a loose fit. I did not use the zip ties to attach the bottom sections--yet. I want to see what they do when I am riding. Even if water from the road were to get into the gaiters by them being loose, that same water will drain out. I might even flush the insides of the gaiters after a wet ride then blow dry them with my air compressor. These gaiters have no drain holes so if I were to shim the bottoms to fit tight, then zip tie them, I'd have to poke drain holes in the gaiters. The bottom part of the gaiters overlap the fork seal by roughly 1 1/2".

These are the gaiters from RevZilla. Part HD-03212. Next time I'll try to hold the camera straight.

now i'm curious to see your windscreen Smile

about your boots, why aren't you using any zip ties, they seem to hang too low, especially at the top

The tops of the gaiters are zip tied up and are up against the bracket which is mounted to the frame and hold the turn signals. The bottoms are larger diameter than the fork seal covers by 1/8". If I zip tie them, it would cause a bunched deformity in appearance so I elected to let them just hang loose. The problem could be solved for about $100 if I were to buy Kawasaki gaiters, which fit tightly top and bottom. Mine were less than $34.

My winshield is a PS2 with Memphis Shades lowers. I modified the MS brackets to fit the CB.
