OK, not after every mow. Usually after end of season clean-up and sometimes mid season. Just wanted to try it on plastic, besides it is a brand new mower.

Guilty. Last November. Blades sharpened, joints greased, air filter replaced, oil and filter changed, washed and waxed. Just finished its 20th mowing season for the Simplicity. Thats what I used. Mothers Brazilian carnauba. Worked great.
