The picture looks like a color copy of the cover of an original. Those white circles on the left should be holes.

The only place that sells genuine, original manuals is Helm Inc. If you order from the Honda dealer, they still come from Helm.

They have even been known to cut you a better deal on the price of the manual and/or shipping.
However, they are very good bootleg versions. Most pages are black and white laser print-outs from the .pdf disk version manual (not photo-copies). The photographs are fairly good, but definitely not as bad as photocopies or scans.
The wiring diagrams are larger, fold-out pages in full colour.
As noted above, none of the pages are punched for a binder. They are bound with plastic pins and a clear plastic protective cover (like a corporate report).
I purchase one some time ago, hoping that it would be legitimate...but, you know what they say about "prices too good to be true"...

I bought a Honda Service Manual from Helm for my CB500X. It cost me US$35 plus US$15 postage. It was well printed and bound.
But (there always a but right?) it was a PITB to use because the pages would not lie flat. So I took it apart and placed it in a 3-ring binder. Not only did the pages lie flat, but the required pages could be photocopied for greasy garage work.
Not Helm's fault but... the manual itself was PITB to use. Even the simplest job jumped from section to section. Again I photocopied the necessary pages and placed them in another binder for greasy garage work so all the instructions were in order page by page.
If I or a forum member found a better way to do a job, I would print notes and add them in the appropriate spot.
Now despite the manual, 26 years of motorcycle maintenance experience, help from forum members and You-Tube videos; I never did anything other than chain maintenance, oil and filter changes. Why? Because working on the CB500X was PITB. Behind all the plastic shrouds was squeezed radiator plumbing, bundles of wiring, and a myriad of unidentifiable electronic components. It would take half a day to disassemble the necessary parts just to reach the two spark plugs.
I am retired and ride only for pleasure one day a week on the back roads. I could tell just by watching the videos and reading the many forum posts that the major maintenance jobs on that bike would not be fun. So I put away $20 a week and paid the dealer to do the dirty work. I didn't miss the $20 and it saved my sanity.
I will probably do the same for my CB1100 EX. Although changing the plugs looks easier because the bike doesn't have to be disassembled.
As there is a plethora of information provided on this forum, I will also pass on buying a manual this time.

I recently got mine on Ebay for $46 (US) shipped. I spent another $10 at Staples to get the spine cut off, the front and back covers a heavy lamination and then spiral punched and bound. The manual wipes clean on the covers and it lays flat.

$62.95 plus hipping seems dear. I'll have to check eBay, and perhaps even Honda.

I’ve had the Honda CB1100/A/SA/CA/NA Service Manual for 2013-2017 for about a week. I’ve spent some time going through it, and the 2017 EX and SC models are definitely treated as an afterthought. They’re not well documented in text or illustration. Typically, a section will begin with a heading 2013-2016 which might be six or eight pages, for example. That’s followed by a two page section titled “Models after 2016”, covering the 2017 EX and SC. There is absolutely nothing about the 2017 EX LED headlight. This is especially disappointing, as I am trying figure out how to install a headlight modulator on my ‘17 EX.
One thing I cannot complain about is the fold out wiring diagram for the EX and SC. It is the best I’ve ever seen in any service manual.
