Does anyone knows how to change air/fuel ratio of the entire rpm span?

I would of thought a Power Commander from Dynojet might help? Never used one though, I used a Rapid Bike Easy on my last Honda but that is a slightly different product and not available for the CB.

I used a competitor's device, one with the four pots in it, on a Kawi Nomad 1500 that had a severe ping. Worked great, improved throttle response and improved the low end.
