It was a toss up for me between the CB and this BMW,
http://silodrome.com/un1t-garage-r120-gs-kit/
Its just a body kit but I love the look. I think where I live this might be more fun? Not too far off from the HP2 I had, only better for the road.

I struggled with the same problem. The unit garage web site lets you build the bike with all the various options, and I've probably seen every configuration available. Only available through 2012 (2013 if ADV). Currently around $4K, plus another $19K for bike. Too steep for me unfortunately, but if I did have the money, I'd get it.
The same could be said for the White House CB though. Give me the money, and I'd probably take that one over the Unit Garage GS.

Guys take a look at the last new from Unit Garage:
http://www.unitgarage.it/kit_r120_r
It's a kit for the R1200R: what do you think? I am not convinced...

I like it. Old school. Big flat sided tank, krauser bags, flat seat. Not sure I like placement of oil cooler.

The bike is nice indeed.
But it seems there something disproportionate (excuse my english I am not sure this is the right word)...
Maybe it's the huge step between seat and tank...

BMW used to sell an optional 10 gal tank, and a couple companies made 8 gal and a 7 gal tanks. This tank reminds me of those.

Take all that "style" crap off of it, and the GS isn't a bad looking bike.
No wonder I like the CB so much.
