Here's a very Australian Review of the Triumph Bonneville.
Warning: It's not always politically correct and there is the odd naughty word.

Good review. There's nothing odd about those words. I've heard them before. I enjoyed the humour. Most reviewers are humourless. Here are the principal reviewers for Motor Sickle Intergalactic, your first stop for top quality technical stuff:

I remember them. You may recall them before they retired to the country ...

I saw this before, and as a Bonneville owner also, I agree with most of his negative remarks.
My bike has carbs so no issues there, but I did change the fork springs and rear shocks which transformed the ride. I also installed an after market front brake disc and pads kit which improved braking greatly. Other than that, I left t the bike pretty much as is.
I recently took it on a six hour run to a bike event (three hours one way) and rode at 120 kph most of the way. I have a Givi fly screen on the bike and it was quite comfortable and not tiring riding at that speed.

Yea its amazing what can be found on the internet..child porn, hate speech, instructions for making bombs. Just because you can find it on the internet doesn't make it acceptable for every venue.
The administration has requested to keep this site profanity free. Everyone please keep that in mind.

I didn't know they made the Bonnie in Thailand. They weren't even a colony. Were they?
After all that ranting about the "f'ing green engine bracket", he didn't even mention the "urine sample" master reservoir. I hate those things. Does it really cost that much to put a decent metal one on a bike?

Triumph has three factories in Thailand where a great many of the parts are made.
I don't know if complete bikes are assembled there, but I think most of the assembly is done in England.
