That's an interesting question, Rboe...there really aren't any retro styled 300 to 500cc twins available that I can think of. Closest bike is probably the Yamaha SR400, but that's a single. Such a shame we don't get the W800 in the U.S. I would definitely have one if they were...

The TU250 is a retro; a sort of blend of the UJM theme overlaid on a retro-Triumph, in five-eighths scale.
It's a very good bike, if small - I wish I fit on one. But the sales aren't setting any records.
Suzuki has that; and the TRUE throwback, the S40/former Savage...guess they figure they have the retro thingy covered.
Honda here is the test - to find out of a BIG bike, done retro, would sell. Again, I've no doubt that Stateside sales are disappointing them. I know they are me.
