The black forks look great! With the high pipe and TKC80s, it's very scrambler. I think Motorrad would sell a few scrambler if they built them.

Oh man, that adjuster came out right on the exhaust. That ain't gonna be useful. And you got more gold bits! WTH!
![]() Can you spin that around so the adjustment is on the right side like the stock unit?

The stock exhaust was a low pipe, with a high pipe that's how it goes. It's common on set-ups like these and the under seat type. It's not to bad and it does only mount one way. [url=http://s303.photobucket.com/user/ACKCR500/media/shock001.jpg.html] ![]() I had no choice on colors. The forks and shock only come this way. I was thinking black spring on the shock but went yellow. (12-23-2014, 11:03 PM)Lord Popgun_imp Wrote: I wish ACK would just stop posting about that bike---he's making me want one!! Sorry POP, I was typing while you were. I'm done with this one so my next post should be a while............... The rumor is 2015 will end the 9T production a year earlier then planned.

That proximity of the exhaust to the shock reservoir cannot be good for the shock fluid I would think. Maybe some reflective insulation?
Is the bike not selling well resulting in production terminations? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Your right, a remote reservoir would be ideal. I'll keep an eye on the riding temps and see how hot the shock gets. BMW used a left over motor and trans in this model and figured enough spares through 2016. They been selling to fast to last that long so next year may be it. |
