Are the slip-ons Yoshimura ? It also has a Sargent seat, heated grips, highway pegs and a top box with a bad color match.

The top box and tank colors seem to match... or maybe my eyes are worse than I think.

I agree-they appear to match...so the panniers should as well -as they look factory? ...maybe its just the lighting?
beautiful bike tho...I like the ST... good luck with it.

Nice bike Alan. The top box is not factory and is a different color to my eyes. Wonder how it sounds with the after market exhaust?

The top Box is a Bestem Box, very inexpensive but quite serviceable (I have the same box) a popular mod for the budget conscious on the ST forum
The pipes are probably 2 brothers which is a fairly popular mod on the ST forum
*Edit nope not 2 bros..might be Yosh like you said
It also has Highway blades that fold out of the tip over covers ..yep another popular mod
extra wires coming out of the rt grip would indicate heated grips
some kind of switch mounted below left fairing pocket (maybe controller for heated grips?)
Seat you already know about
That's low mileage

Sounds like a pretty good price for the mileage. You may be able to negotiate it down even further, it is January after all. I say buy it!

The top case is a Bestem T Box. You can see that in the ad pics. It is not stock. The side cases are stock on an ST. That one also has the fairing wind deflector accessory installed. I believe the highway pegs are called Fireblades.
I don't see a riser installed, but if you want to sit up some and less forward lean, a Helibar riser with a Powerlet outlet and Ram ball mount is nice.
Having the heated grips installed is nice. I put them on mine last Winter and it was a J. O. B. All that plastic is a pain to remove. Not hard, but a pain. I also added a GiPro gear indicator as the bike doesn't have one.
Good luck with your purchase. These bikes are awesome on the road, and that seat looks nicer that my stock with an Airhawk cushion.

Chapomis I put out some feelers on the ST board to see if anyone recognizes the bike and can tell me anything about it.

Thank you, I didn't think of that, but I did join last week. I did find out that it's had 2 owners. The second owner only had it for a couple of months and traded it for a cruiser. No info on the first owner who probably did the mods.
