Takashi shipped the replacement exhaust on Friday and he threw in a Plot radiator guard with the shipment for my trouble. Got to love that! Tracking shows the box arrived at JFK Saturday night. We had a big snow storm that night so it may be tomorrow before the parts arrive. I'll post pics once the system is installed. They say problems come in threes. Apparently my Pyramid Plastics fender extender got lost on its way from England, and an Italian Rossocromo rear hugger couldn't be mounted to my bike due to a known but uncommon issue with my swingarm brake line guide bolts - they just turn and turn without releasing. Already sold the hugger and ordered a more expensive DPM aluminum hugger which doesn't use those bolts. But these 3 issues matter not since there's still a good 8" of snow on the ground and forecasted highs mostly in the 20's for the next 10 days. Update: I picked up and installed the exhaust today. Easy install but I had to grind off some metal on the centerstand tab that you put your foot on so it would clear the left side exhaust. After grinding the metal I filed it smooth and painted the exposed metal. ![]() ![]() Hey Ferret - I've got that symmetry thing going!

Nice cb where did you get the seat and wind sreen

The seat is stock and so far pretty comfortable for me. But my longest ride has only been 2 hours.
The windscreen is the Honda OEM tall windscreen. I experienced some wind noise/turbulence above 50mph so I cut it down 4". I just swapped out the clear edge trim with black to match my Road Comet on the CB I finally got and installed a Pyramid fender extender and am waiting on an aluminum rear hugger and a nifty set of frame sliders from "Babyface", a Japanese company. Weather is slowing warming and I hope to finally get out on both bikes next week.
