When you pick it up, we need a shot of you and the new steed.
Just don't smile. That would just be rubbing it in.

This dealer is crazy! They want to buy every one of my bikes! They say they have no used bikes on the floor and need them. Of course, I'm not looking to liquidate all of my bikes, but this is a rare opportunity to really decide what my stable should look like moving forward. I currently own ten, I say I'll trade in six, get the R NineT Pure, and that leaves me with five. That seems like a reasonable number...
So here is what I have that I will definitely be trading in: 2020 Genuine G400C 2018 Suzuki DR650 2018 Moto Guzzi V7III Carbon Shine Here is what I am on the fence about 2014 CB1100 2018 Moto Guzzi V7III Milano 2013 Triumph Scrambler Black 2013 Triumph Scrambler Matte Graphite 2018 Suzuki VanVan200 Red 2019 Suzuki VanVan 200 Gray 2015 Yamaha TW200 Opinions wanted! I need to pick three from the list above. Thanks!!

Can't you get rid of a Triumph and Suzuki since you have 2 of each?

1 x Triumph Scrambler
1 x Suzuki VanVan 1 x Yamaha TW200 as you've still got a 200 to play with.

Gee, each is so personal in choice.
Minus both Suzukis and the Yamaha. One of the scramblers, and the three you personally listed.

I appreciate the feedback! It is indeed personal. Decisions should come down to logic and reasoning, but with motorcycles, I find emotion (the heart) plays a big a role as perhaps more than anything except the choice of a spouse/SO!
The role of the bikes also comes into account. I am moving back to Montana soon and the 200's are just the ticket for mountain exploring. But.....you can license/tag a 4x4 ATV and it's legal on all the roads up there except the interstate, so it kind of negates the need for the 200's. The Honda and BMW are the big, bad liter bikes that carry me around on the street like a champ. The Guzzis and Triumphs are the emotional bikes, not as big or powerful as the Honda or BMW but I love the way they look and they appeal to me on so many levels. Finally, whether a bike is truly replaceable comes into play. The VanVans are no longer imported and would be difficult to replace. The TW200 is still in production and would be easy to replace. The 2014 CB1100 black was only imported for one year, I worry about parts but with proper care should run forever as we know. Thanks again my friends.

If parts availability is a concern, I think your V7 will be much more of a challenge than your CB (especially in MT). If I had to choose three bikes to let go, these would be my picks:
* VanVan (1) * Scrambler (1) * V7

You’re a lucky bloke, DaSwami. I think. If you inhabited the Garage Cormanus, the question you would be compelled to answer is “Which 10 bikes are you going to part with to make way for that BMW?”
There are two advantages: I don’t have to agonize over which one to pick for the ride; and the reduced registration and insurance payouts mean I can pay for fuel to keep one running!
