This just might be my next motorcycle purchase. My very first motorcycle ride ever was on a Trail 90 on my uncle's dairy farm in Jerome, Idaho. It was 1974. I was 7 years old. That began a lifelong relationship with Honda motorcycles.

Very cool little bike. Rather have that than a Cub or Grom

I like it.
I wonder what’s next — a reintroduced CB125S?

It's in the same price range as a lot of electric bicycles, and much easier to pedal!

The perfect little Honda would be the CT125 with the Super Cub's cast wheels and the Grom's clutch. And a 5-speed. And folding pegs that stay up so you aren't constantly snagging them when walking by.
It would also be great if it had the old CT90 triple clamp/handlebar clamp that allows the handlebars to be rotated independently of the steering, secured with an over-center lever. It would be great on a Joe Hauler or other hitch-mount carrier.
Space is an issue for me. The centerstand is a real plus, as the bike can be stuffed along a wall - way better than on the sidestand. My Grom on the sidestand is as wide as the CB1100 on the centerstand.

Glad to see it is coming, however, not sure why the "ABS" version only.

A factory 5 speed would be nice. As you might have guessed; the aftermarket does make a 5th gear kit for the Grom, Monkey & Cub (very pricey)
Having folding handlebars wouldn’t be my thing, but I can see how they would fit some needs.
You’re spot on about the center stand. Less space and makes cleaning/lubricating the chain easier.
I’ll have to talk my brother into buying one of these bikes. That way he can keep it here so I can take care of it

My first motorcycle experience was riding on the back of my uncle Wayne's Trail 110 when I was about seven years old. Not even sure if it had a rear seat, I may have been sitting on the rack. We'd tool around Santa Fe NM to do his errands. This was Santa Fe in the '70s, so it was still a nice little town. I remember that bike seeming huge, and probably have some old Polaroids of me sitting on it.
I have a soft spot for these bikes, and would really like this new one, now that clean originals are getting expensive. It would make a neat errand-runner to keep at my mom's house.
