Those mirror extenders I fitted do detract from the clean lines but having used them for a while now and in heavy city traffic I find them a must. The full visibility makes the ride much easier to get a bigger picture of what is around and behind you. It is a much safer bike for having them and allows me to relax a little more while riding.
