Are the seats and the side covers interchangable between 2013 and 2014 deluxe?

yes, but the side struts are at a different angle so the 13 seat on the deluxe will show a gap at the rear of the seat to the struts and putting a deluxe seat on a STD 13 or 14 will be tight and touching at the rear of the struts..You will need to lower the struts on a STD with some additional brackets to make a Deluxe seat fit perfect...

Thanks. I take it the side covers are a straight forward swap except the colors are slightly different shades? Correct?
