interesting. you may have solved something similar for me, though I thought it was my tailpiece up to this point. at about 4500 RPMs i get a somewhat insectoid buzz that dies off by 5000rpms. it only happens in that range and *only* when i'm at speed (it doesn't happen if i rev the bike in neutral). this makes me think it might be coming from the headlight bucket though.
