best engine oil is the one you change often. If it meets SAE/manufacturer specifications, it doesn't matter what it is for everyday use. I'm sure there will be people disagreeing, but it's the same people who will insist on pouring 91 octane into their pickup truck for "gas mileage" and arguing against helmet and seatbelt use for reasons. Change it often, ride safe.
