Thanks for that informative review, TCBronson. I hope the engine vibrations are not too severe at a regular cruising speed.

I seem to recall the ol' CB1100 got a bit itchy around 3500'ish RPM before smoothing totally out at 4000.

It does, but not uncomfortably so.

Thank you all for the nice words. I think the vibration is manageable. The earlier version of this bike was the W650, it also had a kick starter standard.

I rode of these today at a demo event and loved it. The riding position is great, its scoots pretty darn good and it is light. I forgot how fun a light bike was.

Today I added the genuine Kawasaki luggage rack and engine guards. Very similar to what I added to my CB1100 when I had it.

OK, I obviously don't know what I am doing. I tried to add a picture and got 4! Then I tried to delete the post and start over, that didn't work. I tried adding another photo of the W800 and it says it's too big. So if anybody wants to delete these last three post please feel free to do so. Sorry!

The great thing about all this TCB is Forum members never get sick and tired of gawking at the CB1100, let along multiple images of the same beauty. Some member is going to sleep tonight and dream (or nightmare) about four red CB1100s. Isn't that fantastic?
