if cb1100 was a car, what could it be

I thought about the 280Z, but it's obviously too old, and the 370Z is too modern. I wasn't factoring in nationality because I was thinking more of "the spirit" of the vehicle - a modern car/bike harkening back to its roots. That is exactly what Ford did with the 05-09 Mustangs, as Honda did with the CB1100.
