Thanks for the clarification. Shouldn’t be too hard, I agree. In fairness, though, there are those for whom just being able to login and post to the forum is a major technological challenge! I completely failed to help one member learn to post pictures. Of course that may say more about my lack of teaching ability!

I like some Harley bikes too but the culture of pseudo-bada** and the whole thing about "image" kinda put me off from considering one.

I felt that way from 1979 (when I started riding) until 2007, when I bought a new Road King because it was so darn gorgeous. Turns out that I (1) love the comfort and feeling of those bikes, and (2) found that there are actually quite a few intelligent guys who ride them, and ride them well! In fact, the fellow who used to own the BMW motorcycle dealership in the area (and one of two people I know that I would trust to work on my own motorcycles, if, God forbid, I was unable) rides a Road King as his main bike now.

Harleys aren't for everyone, but it would be a shame to dismiss one you liked just because of the stereotype of the folks who ride them. They are expensive to buy, but easy and cheap to maintain (assuming you do your own work).

hmm if i take my simple "actual" mobile , it produce in the worst quality and resolution file with minimum 3.7 mega.......well i am not owner/hoster of this forum.....but i would prefer for the forum, if would be of sure the max file size 500kb..........and pic-size eventual 1000-1500pixel

btw. I appreciate a good quality as a hobby photographer, the one cam produce jpeg-pics with 25-30 mega files...bcos the sensor has 42mega pixel

Your story is very similar to mine. After years of bashing them I bought a new 6-speed Road King in 2006 fir the same reason, it was just gorgeous (red over grey). It was comfortable once I put on a Mustang seat. I owned it for three years with never a problem. Only sold it because from a handling perspective it wasn't quite up to our West Virginia rides. Traded it on a new 2010 VFR1200 but that is another story.

jimgl3, using my moderator almost-super powers, I can see that you've embedded a link to a picture you've posted on another forum. My experience is that it simply won't work unless you can at least link to a URL that ends in ".jpg" Even then, sites like Photobucket have managed to block even that access.

ride4now is right, if you can lay hands on Tapatalk, it makes the process easy although you probably need the photo on the device you're posting from and you have to accept Tapatalk hosting the photo for you.

tapatalk keeps saying "upload failed" "invalid file" trying to upload the photo from my phone. ????
