I did not check them because I don't have a torque wrench to get in there. But I did put a wrench on them & they appear to be good & tight. I just find it odd it didn't do this until I switched over to the full synthetic oil & my problem looks like your pictures along with others I've seen. But, on the other hand, sometimes after riding 30-40 miles around town, it won't do it at all. Yesterday, I rode about 100 miles, at times up to 75 mph & had a little weep about mid-point - wiped it off & it didn't come back. So I think I am gonna switch back w/in the next couple of weeks & see how it does.

If you have done all of the bolts (heads, valve covers, etc) then you can probably cross them off the list. Had that once as a source of oil leak.

I had the weep show up at around 9K miles. Left side, just below the rear cam end. Same oil it's always used. I was planning on re-torquing the cam cover bolts, but the weep magically disappeared about 500 miles later. I'm at 13.5K miles now and it hasn't returned.

I'm from the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" school, so I'll just keep an eye on it.

Good advice Flynrider...It's so intermittent I may just wait a while to see if it clears on it's own.
