That link is not taking me to any thread, but to a user profile.

Thanks, I've found a workaround to avoid setting up an imgur account.

Super easy install.

They don't list the CB1100 under the fitment section, but these fit with no cable adjustment required.

Here are a couple of pics for those who are considering these as an option.

That extra inch sure makes a difference. #TWSS

Not sure I'd want that type of fitment....is that just empty space where the bottom of the riser meets the curve? Seems if that is not flush than an emergency stop would put much more pressure on the 4 bolts and that could be a lot of force for those to handle. I guess abs would mitigate that.

The fit on the bottom does leave empty space. I'd prefer not to have it that way as well, but wasn't able to find any better options. Right or wrong, I have some faith in the folks at SW-Motech in terms of product design so was willing to go with this based on that.

That empty space at the bottom is required.

If it wasn't there, what are you clamping? You need to make sure the flat faces do full contact, and all the bolt load goes into compressing the joint. If the round section was making contact before the flat face did, the bolt load wouldn't compress the flat face: it would bend it.

When you are clamping a handlebar, the design is opposite: you need to make sure that you are clamping the bar, so there must be a gap between the flat faces.

I found the forum posts helpful when I was looking into taller risers to raise the handlebar height. I went with a cheap and flexible option from BikeMaster:

https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/bike...id=1068521

these are cheap at $34 and offer 4 options for straight raising of the bars: +1", +1.1875", +1.374", +1.5"
I opted for +1.374" which went on easily with no problems with regards to cable or hose lengths, stock worked just fine.
They don't look factory, but they work fine and were cheap.

Hello,

I've got these I pulled from my '13 when I swapped bars.

I'd take $40 all in (shipping included to lower 48) if you're interested.
