Bike stolen from my parking garage
#21
On friday someone attempted to steal my other neighbors S1000RR. We got back from a ride at 2:30PM and at 4PM, we walked out the garage to notice his bike was moved. Disk lock was run in to the front fender (and damaged it) and the steering head lock was completely broken, ruining the ignition cylinder and damaging the frame where the steering head lock attaches to...

This is ridiculous. I CAN NOT wait to move...

Thieves suck....pure and simple. You need to contact your complex about this issue and see if they can up the security or something because that many attempts in such a short span is a sign that the place is a prime target for them and they have most likely been scoping it out for some time. It also shows that they have an easy way in to attempt the thefts and that needs to be addressed.

Move the bike to a rental storage unit before it happens to you.
