I floated and kayaked that stretch between Dewey Bridge and Moab a few times in my day. Little known factoid. Above Dewey bridge is a modern day ghost town called Cisco. Johnny Cash stopped there one day in his Cadillac and got gas. Wrote a song about it titled “Cisco Clifton’s Filling Station”. The light fixture Johnny probably stood under while paying for his gas is now in a friends den.

Yes, getting back to the Honda before the river pic derailed me. Very nice job saving an old horse from an ignoble end. As good as it looks I'm pretty sure I couldn't have parted with it. I'm fond of old Enduros. It's what I started riding on as a teen. CZ's and Jawa's to be exact.

Not mine GO, somebody’s flawless restoration......I was 16 when I walked into Valerians 2-Cycle City in Westwood, Ca. On one side of the showroom was 15 brand new CZs, and on the other 15 brand new Husqvarnas.....I’ll NEVER forget that sight!
