Wyvern 4-in-1 Titanium
#11
I can speak up as somebody whos gone through with this modification and been very happy with it. However, I didn't use the wyvern. I went even lighter. I ended up with the Motogear titanium headers and a delkevic 8" round end can. I certainly spent a lot, but it wasnt nearly as much as some other titanium exhausts available for our bike. The result was a satisfying open exhaust sound, a whole lot of weight shaved off, and a really eye catching look. Worth it? Oh yea. It wasnt the only modification I made but it stands on its own.

Lighter wheels would probably make the biggest difference- at a great cost.

Swingarm could shave several pounds as well.

Lots of other stuff could delete - rear passenger area of 'step' mount. Center stand, sprockets are steel, battery could be lighter, charcoal canister / evap, etc... but all that is definitely chasing diminishing returns. Better off to diet. Smile

The last seems the hardest, PD, may be I should insist the pillion stays at home, ... less flash, but more dash ...

Does Wyvern make a titanium 4 into 1?

Technically 'Wyvern' is the model.

R's Gear is the company who makes it.

And the full name of R's gear is Earl's Gear-Online Shop

It may be obvious, but it's escaping me. What is the ALL STD against which these are being compared? I'm assuming it's the stock exhaust?

And sure, I may be encroaching on geezer territory, but the only place on these charts that I'd likely ever notice a difference is the torque between 2K and 3K in my daily riding...and there anyway, the 4-4 is enough of an advantage over stock (if indeed that's what the blue curve is) that it may be noticeable.
