Personally speaking, If I owned CB1100 spoke wheels, at my first tire change, I would convert it to tubeless using that OUTEX tubeless kit. Two of my riding buddies have converted their ADV bikes' spoke wheels to tubeless, and they reported excellent success w/ theirs.

The OUTEX product works fine albeit a challenge to apply on the narrow front rim.
If anyone is interested I have a perfect set of mag wheels to trade for an equally tidy set of spoked wheels. The mags did less than 2,000km - see them in the following post:

Well I bought my spoked wheels from Takashi because he wanted mags on his bike . They will have OUTEX kits installed. The spokes and the Wyverns are both equally important to completing the K10 build, in my opinion.

I don't dislike the spokes, but the cast wheels are my preference and for me a key part of the CB1100's visual appeal. With that in mind, I'd guess that for those of you who dig the spokes, it's worth the extra bit of effort when it comes to cleaning them since it gives you that much more time to admire them close up. (It's really nice to own a machine that you can enjoy even when washing/cleaning.)

Laced wheels (spokes) are visually appealing and nostalgic, but more work to clean and can be a pain to keep true to avoid high speed oscillation. I had that issue with my 1976 CB750F.
Alloy wheels allow tubeless tires, which are much easier for puncture repair.
If my Seal N Air does not work, then next step is a plug kit and a compact foot pump (fits under the seat, above the battery, with the Seal N Air).
If no plug kit, then maybe a sheet metal screw would get me home.
