To me it looks like design team ran out of ideas at the rear of the gas tank, noticed it was getting close to quitting time on a Friday Pm and finished the back end while updating their Twitter account before heading out for the weekend.
There’s a much better looking concept bike out there with the I4 motor we were teased with 2-3 years ago. That design team was prop 20 years older on average than this one. More than likely the crew knew somebody that died while running the IoM TT, and while designing that particular concept bike Dark Side of the Moon was playing on a turntable in the background of the conference room the design took shape in.
