You raise a point of balance and I wanted to reinforce that, as I think the CB1100 is a really well balanced motorcycle, it especially shows at low speeds, or sitting at signal lights waiting to move, or doing footless stop signs, and footless take-offs. I especially like to sit on the bike both feet up while on center stand, kick into first, rock it off the stand and just go. It kinda feels like a tiny little show-off move, but I don't care, it's simple and effective
For me, the 18 inch wheels just suit the CB better making it the classic incredible bike it is.
