Had a spill yesterday, and snapped a few things

I had my plan B ready to go following the posts above, but the motorbike repair dude simply fixed one of his pegs, from his wide collection, onto it. In retrospect I should have asked him to do what he thought was the best solution, instead of weld this peg please, in the first place, - but I never knew that they were mostly standardized. Live and learn.

The other bits he fixed back on (indicator and clutch lever) are sound. And in a few more days and my foot will hopefully be sound. So lucky I didn't get trapped under the exhaust side of the motorbike. I don't want to even think about how that would have felt.

I got my ankle jambed in under the pipe going to the muffler exhaust (just behind the side stand) on an Aprilia low side event. Boots were the key at keeping the ankle sound and cool. Good quality riding boots with ankle protection.
