According to dynojet, the only difference is limiting the fuel adjustment on the 6 to +15 or -15% due to EPA forcing their hand.
Although you can bring it to a dynojet shop and they will have the capability of adjusting it beyond that- they just want to make sure that it is done by someone that knows what they’re doing as opposed to your average. Joe blow setting in a manner that they shouldn’t.
Not sure why Mark had issues with his as he is obviously very capable as shown by his fleet of bikes. I have not seen others mention any issues, although I obviously haven’t looked around at other forums that I’m not involved with.
I have the five on my bike but also have a six sitting newin box. Maybe eventually I will swap them out and see what my experience would then be. I own my own dynojet dyno so can move it beyond 15% if needed but a normal bike with normal mods won’t need it.
