Just who is backed up on service work for 90 days? I never heard of any such thing. My local, VERY busy Harley Davidson dealership used to also sell and service BMW. They treated BMW owners terribly. I can't begin to express how badly. Harley riders got preference for everything. Still, when I showed up on a Saturday with my still under warranty BMW on a tow truck, a bike I did not buy there, they got around to it on Wednesday.
