The Honda warranty specifically states that you can take your motorcycle to any authorized Honda dealer across the nation.
It would be incredibly short-sighted for any dealer to refuse warranty work. Not only does it ignore the money paid to them by Honda for the work, it guarantees the loss of a potential customer.
