Honda CB500 already started with big front single disc. But I still very much prefer dual front disc. Looks more balance and meaner on a bike. And I believe the "modern approaches" are more of a preference. Most rider still prefer more front than rear. The method that work best is the one that stop fastest and safest based on situation.
