Yesterday i bought two 330 ohm resistors, unplugged the iacv and installed them in the iacv connector;
and put insulation tape around them to keep things in place;
Before i did this i had switched the cb off when coming back from a ride so the engine idled at 1050.
Lifted the tank, removed the plastic panel and disconnected the iacv ( in the 1050 rpm position )
Then went for a short ride with the resistors installed and all went well, engine drove as usual, no change.
This morning the engine was cold when i started the bike and this was the result;

There are several other options, one example is having a two way switch change from having the iacv immobilized with the resistors or having it operate normally, this requires ;
A double pole 2 way switch, the two resistors and two connectors, one male and one female 4 pole connector.
That way it is very simple to alter the position of the iacv when the situation changes ( colder weather )
If this worked for me it may work for you, cost; 1 dollar for the two 1 watt 330 ohm resistors, what is importand is the diameter of the resistor leads which is 0,7 mm. so they fit correctly in the female connector.
