Remember the old 1990 Honda GB500?
I swear that would have been a success at the time if ONLY is had a 750 cc 4 cylinder.
(1100 is EVEN better).
I still own a ('89) GB500...
and the bike was a huge success everywhere but in the US - as usual.Love the look of the custom CB900F but I'm not liking the modern flat seat trend for cafe bikes, I prefer the classic cafe hump.
But to me if it's not British, it's not a cafe bike...

They are different bikes and tough to compare, but we should all be happy about the return of the standard bike.
For me, the power/seating position/individuality of the CB won me over... but the Bonne/Thruxton were a close second.
