now that stuff looks like something that we used to use when I was on active duty to keep the rain and what not off of our uniforms... Gosh if I could remember what that was called. You sprayed it on but it was only one can and one coat needed. I am not sure if I would use that neverwet stuff on a riding coat... Especially a mesh one... Maybe on a NON-mesh as I wouldn't want to block the mesh...
