You're absolutely right. Adjustment is important. The shift pedal has a lot of adjustment. Brake pedal not so much. It was still too high for me at its lowest setting with the Buells.
It sounds like you got the GSG pegs - top of the line stuff. I was put off by the "wait 5 weeks" disclaimer on the website, but those pegs are clearly superior. Did you get the 22mm, 30mm, or 50!!mm offsets?
